•   Amazon customers: Contact Amazon for product returns and refunds. Any returns or refunds will be subject to Amazon's policies.
•   Corporate, business, government, reseller/VAR/Partner customers: for the best and fastest response, please contact your account manager or sales representative. They will direct your inquires to the proper channel. Phone support may also be available for some corporate, business, government, reseller/VAR/Partner customers.

To Obtain Warranty Service

NOTE: Only products distributed through authorized North America souces, or purchased from the official MINIX shop, official MINIX stores at Amazon is eligible to receive support or warranty service in the U.S., from MINIX USA. (Note that not all Amazon resellers are authorized**)

Product Registration
If you purchased your MINIX product from authorized sources in the U.S. or Canada, you must register your MINIX product here to be eligible for U.S. warranty or technical support. Please use the form below and enter your Serial Number or the MAC address. The serial number is located on the product packaging. If you cannot find the serial number, enter the MAC address of the product.

Please note that if your serial number reveals that your product was purchased overseas, or is a parallel import item, support and/or warranty service will be referred to the Main Office in Hong Kong, or will be subject to fees (even if it is still under warranty).

Return / Refund Policy
Attention Amazon customers: Please contact Amazon for product returns and refunds. Any returns or refunds will be subject to Amazon's policies.

Returns
-   Returns must be within 30 days from the date you receive the product.
-   All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please use the form at https://shop.minix.us/contactus to contact us first to obtain the RMA number.
-   All returns not resulting from defective merchandise or an error on our part is subject to a restocking fee (20%).
-   The item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with all accessories intact. Damaged items will not be accepted.
-   Volume purchases are subject to a separate return policy, which will be indicated prior to such purchase. Basically, volume purchases go through extensive customization and are usually not returnable. Thus, before committing to a volume, you should make sure that the item will be satisfactory by purchasing small quantities first.

Returning the item
Always place the item, in its original merchandise box, inside a shipping container using adequate packaging materials. The RMA number also needs to be clearly visible. Then ship prepaid. Also include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will refuse shipment if any of the above is not followed.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If the return is accepted, we will issue a refund, within 2 weeks for the cost of the merchandise, minus the Restocking Fee. If, upon inspection, we determine that the return cannot be accepted, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
